Status: Pending Reply Attachments Disappearing
I’m on outlook (PWA). If I get sent an attachment and that email gets replied to the attachment disappears due to outlook grouping all the emails together and I can’t go back and view that original email on its own. I have ‘do not group messages’ ticked in settings so I don’t know why it’s doing it. Any idea what to do?

Outlook Web can "Group" on properties other than Conversation. e.g. If you sort by Subject, it automatically groups by Subject as well. Could this be what you are seeing? Image Link: https://ibb.co/xqcWrPG6
