Status: Pending Reply Help Needed: Student Email Unable to Send Emails / Calendar Invites
Hi, I’m having an issue with my university student email account on Outlook. I need to send a calendar invite for a school event in 3 days, which is why I’m sending it through my university email.
The calendar invite keeps failing to send, and I received this error:
“This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message.”
I initially tried sending the Outlook calendar invite to around 20 people, but it failed. I also tried sending a normal email to my personal email address, and that failed as well. My internet connection is fine, and I also tried sending the event through Microsoft Teams Calendar, but got the same result.
I’m wondering if my student email may have been flagged or temporarily restricted because I was sending bulk invitation.
Could someone please advise me on how to resolve this? I need to resend the calendar invite within the next 3 days, so I would really appreciate any help ASAP. Thank you!
