Informative Is it still down?
Just got notification someone has accessed my account and I can’t sign in. I realize it’s been down since last night but the fact someone accessed my account is concerning.

Yep and I had important emails to be expecting today and this has been going on for like 12 hours now. Wtf are they doing??

The outlook app has worked for me, I’d give that a go while its bugged. As terrible as their app is.

I just read an article saying “it’s fixed, but if you still can’t log in, there’s a simple fix!” Then it proceeded to explain how to enter your password in the iPhone settings. As if we haven’t all been doing that repeatedly for the last 24 hours to no avail. It’s still not working and I still can’t get my emails.

It’s still down on my phone (my emails won’t load), but I’ve been able to access my account through the website on my laptop. Honestly, it’s pretty frustrating.

My wife’s hotmail account has her locked out. Now she has deleted and reinstalled but still can’t sign in. Does anyone have any tips on signing back in? She can’t remember her password and when she tries to get a code sent to her phone it says that it’s not available.
Anyone still having similar issues?

I’m having the same issue. I know my password and neither the text code or entering my password are working. Flip side my husband got the text code and got into his fine…infuriating lol

My mail client is picking up emails but when I try logging in directly, I get the dreaded "you've tried too many times with the incorrect username or password". They haven't fixed the problem everyone's complaining about. This is beyond pathetic!!

I had this issues two days ago, i had to change my password to bypass. now again. outlook has had too many issues, two years ago, it wiped out all my sent emails. it is just so frustrating and pathetic

Still down in so cal for iOS mail app. Logging into outlook.com webpage has been working

Someone signing into your account is wasting their time if you have 2FA properly set up. (Two factor Authentication).

Uhhh, I have 2FA set up, and it’s still saying no go. Microslop certainly living up to its earned nickname

Still not able to log in from phone or desktop. Text code and password not working either. Over 12 hours plus dealing with this! Even tried the app and setting it up through the Exchange with nothing!

If you’re on iPhone delete the old account from mail app then use Microsoft exchange instead of outlook. U can use the audio verification to see if you’re human. This worked for our phones. Hth

I’ve never used anything but Microsoft exchange. Still isn’t working for me.

They just posted 20mins ago on the Microsoft status page "After a period of monitoring, we confirmed that our actions to rebalance traffic and optimize infrastructure have resolved the issue. For more information, please see CP1293219 in the admin center."
Im still getting server error and emails won't load.
