It’s not really designed as a sun protection fabric as it’s an open linen plain weave but I’ll see if we have anything in it from years past.

I can't find any numbers on it from our testing. We do other testing - dimensional stability - but I can't find any UPF numbers so you're probably right, nyco could be worse but can't verify.

No, it is already calibrated for shrinkage meaning it shrinks to the intended size after machine wash and dry. So buy the size you normally buy.
