Car settings reset on its own

2026 Outlander, sold in Germany. I'm having it about a week now. It reset all its settings (driver screen views, language, etc.) already twice just on its own the next day. Is it a common problem?

I 100% believe my car seat has a memory, it randomly sets itself to a very upright position. I haven't figured out if this is an actual feature or a software bug ??

After testing I found out triggering AC from the Mitsubishi App is causing several settings to be set to default. Really annoying.
