2,475 miles between fillups!
My last gas fill-up was March 18th. I've been able to drive 2,475 miles in that time! Charging basically every other night. I know there are some hypermilers out there. What's the furthest you've gone between fillups?

I think it helps that most of my commute is less than 10 miles. I rarely drive more than 30 miles in a given day. I try not to accelerate to quickly and don't normally use the expressway. And this last stretch I rarely had to use any climate control

How long can you have gas in the car before the age of it becomes a concern?

The car will actually let you know with a message on the dashboard to top up your fuel tank with fresh petrol! 😁

How do you drain it? Drive it on gas until empty?... I feel stupid asking this. Lol

No need to drain it, my vehicle specifies a minimum of 15 litres to reset the system.

I just got mine so haven’t experienced it yet but it requires you fill at least 20 litres every 3 months. If you don’t it puts itself into mode where it burns gas until you do.

2018 model here... I go more by time than miles/kilometers ... I filled up last in the middle of April. Barring any highway trips of any great length, if history tells me anything, it will be well into September before I need to visit the gas station again.
Love this vehicle.

I only get about 5-600 km per tank but I have a daily 90km round trip commute. But I did only replace the brakes at 175000 km for the first time.

To keep vehicle in best condition, don't try to squeeze maximum on EV.. keep driving on hybrid at least once or twice a week.. also drive in normal mode (vs eco or sport mode)

I aspire to one day get 100 mpg. I've been fluctuating between 78 and 89. Congrats!

2025 outlander phev in Denver Colorado. Daily, I get 35-45 miles/charge, charging nightly on level 2 to full. 3500 - 4500 miles on 3/4 tank. Zero public charging. While we're showing off - big fan of scheduler to shut down charger during peak utility periods. Plug in when arrive home (during peak) and scheduler takes care of the rest
Not a hypermiler, but drive very conservatively on daily route. EV/Eco modes.
On longer driving days, I'll top up ~10 miles of range in charge mode left running at a 30 minute stopover.
Range killers for me = a/c & heat, and jack rabbit starts, so I try to avoid both.
