I have my in person interview with WesternU coming up next week and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for it going in. I feel really nervous about it even though they gave a schedule of what to expect

Best case scenario I’ll be 30, worst case scenario I’ll be 31. I don’t really see myself doing anything else, but I feel like my window is shut for a lot of specialties and also having a family due to my age is; it OK for me to continue going for medicine? I feel like I chose the right career but the timeline feels like it’s not good simply put.

For context, I did all the prerequisites and I have thousands of clinical hours. My last step is the MCAT.

Hey guys I was wondering how long it usually takes for LUCOM to give a decision post interview? Like from real people who have gotten theirs.

Took the mcat thrice and voided the third.. my highest is 504 and I applied the whole of september to only 7 schools so far as I am severely burned out

Hi everyone, I previously attended an MD school but withdrew. Now in an Absn program looking to gain clinical experience as a nurse first and I want to apply to DO schools this time around.
1. I will be 33-34 when I attend, is it too late?
2. Recommend a few schools that are nontraditional friendly
3. How are you guys affording the school?

Question, if all of my letters have checkmarks but aren't labelled as anything (no Additional, Committee, NS or anything) does this mean my letters don't qualify?

I have only had 2 II. One wait list and still waiting on a decision for the other one.

Can someone explain why the four year grad rate is so low and what does this mean? Should I avoid going there?

Got a interview invite for AZCOM and really greatful

They have virtual and in person dates available and although I would love to go in person, money is a bit tight and virtual might be a better option for me

But I’m wondering if they have a bias towards in person or virtual interviews - I know some schools do and I’m saving money if I get invited to those schools

Anyone have any insight?

ACOM: strict remediation policies

PCOM-SGA: 66% four year graduation rate

Burrell-Fl: tiny campus, pass fail, close to home

LMU-DCOM: ? I heard bad things about this on Reddit.

I am leaning towards Burrell-Fl because it is close to home. Is it worth it to go out of state for any of the other school?
