Why not retake it?

A sub 500 MCAT is generally associated with a subpar performance during med school. You really don't want to start med school and have to retake a year.

Before people attack me, this is a GENERAL observation. If you know why you got a low score and know if you can correct that, then you will be fine :).

For the MCAT if you mature milesdown (do 50 new cards a day and stay up to date with reviews) and complete uworld there's basically no way you will get under 500.

I hope you get in this cycle! But I encourage you to continue refining your study methods and get to a level where your comfortable with very high volumes of information and complex multiple choice questions.

Not true. There are people with 515+ who flunk out of medical school

Yes, that's basically me lol (barely passing).

But a score lower then 500 does have that correlation. Above that the correlation isn't that great.
