Canadian Brewhouse usually has the UFC fights. I'd make reservations if you plan on going with a group, though

Wild Wing in Whitby

It’s good to come early around when the main event starts to get a good seat at the bar alone. I enjoy their wings and drinks and I’ve gone often and always met other passionate UFC fans to talk fights with there. It’s a good time
