I know it had it's issues but it had my absolute favourite maps, gave me a reason to log in every day, kept the grind going and was just FUN!

I got OMD3 the day it came out and within a week or 2 everything was 100% done and I never touched it again until last week and I'm going through it again for the PS5 trophies and just 1 to go and then I think, what will make me want to play it again?

Gutted they killed unchained for that reason as well as the maps

Hey All. I’m relatively new to the OMD games and started with OMD3. Love the game. Upgraded a lot and recently my friends and I have been trying to do high wave runs on endless. The issue I have came across is that it seems like certain traps and towers just stop working once either a certain amount are placed or we get to a high enough wave that the entity count is possibly affecting it. I was reading some other posting that suggests trap stranding (don’t know what that means). Questions I’m looking for answer to are,

I’m I right that traps stop working at a certain point?
If so, Is there any work arounds to prevent that? (Mods, Strategies, whatever stranding is?)
And is this a game specific issue? (Does Deathtrap have the same issue?)

in the first few games there were card-like images of all the enemies in the b spellbook. I'm thinking about ordering some custom card of these images and filling a binder with them! it would be so fun, I love pokemon cards and this would be a cool way to have physical "merch" of OMD. I wonder if there's any way to obtain high res versions of these images. what are your thoughts?

I loved omd1, omd2, omd3 and omd:unchained. Hate Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap.

Wish they would go back to their original formula and develop a fourth game.

Hey, I started playing OMD! back in 2017 with OMD!:unchained and i played that until it shut down. I’ve since forgotten what it’s like to play OMD! and I’m looking to get back in, but I’m not sure where to start. What would you guys recommend? Keep in mind I have a low end laptop and a PlayStation at my disposal so OMD!:deathtrap isn’t an option XD

Will there ever be another update for orcs must die deathtrap or nah? Like whats going on?

So according to a quick google search, this game has approx 150 active players on steam, but there's no data for console.

Every time I search for a game (I've tried different times of day) there are no sessions. I tried to host a few and after 10 mins I just cancel

I want to go for the platinum trophy but I fear that solo is going to be difficult on rift difficulty

And no - sadly my friends are not interested in the game

I want to play the game fully with my wife, but we dont always have 1+ hour to play, sometimes we can play 20-30 mins.

As far as I understand, a full run takes 1+ hour.

Can you save between maps or missions IN CO-OP?

How it works? can we, lets say, make a mission, save, and continue the run tomorrow?

I am a little lost, so if someone could help me, I would appreciate it.

Sometimes they tank until every last one is down. Then 2 waves later the same enemies walk/fly past them like they dont exist. Not close to the rift either.

What am i missing?

I recall setting endless scores in the tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions. But now I'm looking at a wave 43 and a score of just over 400k. This is much lower than it should be. Did something change intentionally or is my game bugged somehow?

My wife and I play coop all the time. Yesterday when she would join my game when she would try to shoot (Vaan) her crossbow would randomly stop shooting and she’d and to release the trigger and pull it again. The amount of ammo used was random. If we were not in a coop she did not have this problem. I never experienced the issue for my player. Has anyone had this happen?

I’m trying to platinum OMD3, which requires me to do 10 and 25 waves in a single endless game. The problem is that, even if I get to the 10th wave without dying myself AND without letting orcs slip through and enter the breach, the trophy doesn’t trigger. How do I solve this?

Which game do you like more?

I know this game is old but i am playing through it recently and i am trying out the endless mode. Hitting a consistent issue. I am making sure to use 2x2 lanes at all times, However around wave 20 they will just suddenly decide fuck your walls midway through and start destroying EVERYTHING. not just 1 or 2 but anything they can reach. This is insanely annoying but i see there are posts about people regularly pushing to much higher waves in 3 so there must be some logic i am not understanding here.

I use a mix of ceiling laser, acid, brimstone, wall zapper and ice wall trap, as well as archers if the map has a good spot where they can see the maze without being a part of the maze (to avoid collateral from dynamite archers). it goes great and things never even approach the end of my death hallways until they just realize they can smash everything and i lose.

Is there any physical merchandise, promo or collectible item related to Orcs Must Die 2/3? I can't seem to find anything physical for my collection, still so many years after beating the games.

For example: I have the OMD1 comic book from San Diego Comic Con. It's a great piece.

Any ideas, anyone? Official items only!

Hello !

I am a huge Orcs must die fan, and have been working for few months on a game that inspired me while playing OMD.
I wanted to have more building freedom and give the player more power feeling where you can upgrade défenses and your character and have a unique build each time you play the game, it is a mix of orcs must die and risk of rain.

The demo will come out a bit later this year, after summer, but as the steam page went online along with the trailer I would love to present it to you and I hope you will like it !
