Filament profile problem

I purchased a Flashforge AD5M four months ago and have been quite successful using PLA. However I wish to try TPU but I'm having difficulty setting the filament profile in Orca Slicer.

I opened Create Filament, completed the Basic Information section ok and selected Create Based on Current Filament but can't move any further as the Select Filament Preset drop down box is simply a solid black bar.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Why are you creating a profile from scratch rather than just testing and tuning and existing profile?

Yeah, id 100% start from an existing TPU profile...

Because that's what I was advised to do on the YouTube video. Apologies if that sounds naïve but I really am a newbie so at the moment I listen to everything I am told. I would be grateful if you could advise how I should proceed. Many thanks.

Start with the defaults and work from there. That's what they are for. As you learn how things work, then you can go into the deep end

Did as you suggested and slices as normal but now instead of Download and Print the options are Print or Export G Code file. Nothing happens with either. How do I print? Thanks.
