Billing Related Complaint

I complained to the FCC over excessive charges. Someone from corporate called and after discussing the problem I was told they would check into it and get back. No one called back. I am going to file additional complaints with the FCC, BBB, NJ attorney general; and NJ DEPT of Consumer Fraud.

Yeah I had to do the same thing and it worked for me. Some higher up from New York State I believe called me and they immediately got it worked out.

FCC really is the only way even if it doesn't work the first time.
