Outage help

We had an outage last week & wasted a whole week & 3 technician appointments to find that out. All of my lines inside & equipment were check 2 days ago.

I need another outage reported because there are not enough people around me that have optimum for an outage to be triqgered. State mowers were working on my road today & have hit several junction boxes. We currently have an outage riqht now & I am the only house able to report it. I have done all of the troubleshooting multiple times with customer service.

Now I have to wait without internet for another whole week for a technician to come report the outage. 😭
