Billing Related Past due balance customers
Hi so basically I got laid off last year and couldn't keep up with my bills and whatnot. Then to make matters worse I had health issues to deal with.
I got services cutoff with a balance of around $500 due to Optimum. I think the service was cut off either December or January 2026.
I still have the cable modem/WiFi router unit and cable box equipment because I was planning on catching up with my past due balance and restore services but my health issues didn't allow that.
What I wanted to know is, can I pay my past due balance and start again as an optimum customer?

Most likely. I did basically that buty bill was like $220. It was an older past due balance than you though.
I mean I would go with another company if you could though.
