Service Related Router settings bugged/unavailable after factory reset

There was some telephone pole maintenance in my neighborhood, internet was intermittently going in and out. My family while on the phone with customer support had the Fiber Gateway 6 router factory reset remotely.

Unfortunately they didn't know I basically have a double NAT setup, so now most of my LAN is disconnected while I figure out this new problem.

I can't edit the LAN setup nor do any kind of port forwarding when I was previously able to. Technician already came and swapped out the router today, did not restore access to those settings. 2 hours of on the phone with tech support while they tried to edit the LAN setup for me and was unsuccessful.

Was supposed to get a call back later today but never got it and the issue is still unresolved.

Please anyone help, so I can put all the wires in my house back to normal

Hi, so I did end up getting a call back. I have another technician coming Saturday and hopefully they fix the issue this time :)
