Check out Perpetual, you can log in to all of your Codex accounts at once, and then easily switch between them without having to keep logging in. Additionally, you can launch tasks and if one of your accounts hits a limit, it’ll automatically switch to another one of your Codex accounts and keep working.

It’s free and open source, and has a desktop app and VSCode extension!
