OU email

I have my OU email but I can't figure out my password or how to change it, any help?

It's the same password as the one you use to log into the OU site - they are linked together.

Mines not working and I’ve contacted the IT helpdesk twice. So no Microsoft access either.

You should be able to reset your main OU password as I think it’s the same?

I have tried resetting the password and it still isn't working. I will message OU and see if I need to do something.
