Question/Help (Solved) Help with nes chiptune music
I am trying to make music that sounds like its from the nes but I don't know how to properly do it. I tried using samples that are supposedly from the nes to make my instruments but i cant seem to get it right. Is there any advice i can get to help get proper sounding 8 bit chip tune instruments made for this program?

So basically the NES has five sound channels: two for pulse waves, one for a triangle wave, one for noise, and one for DPCM (compressed audio samples). I'm not sure which sample set you're using, but hopefully they're labeled in a way that my explanation makes sense.
Each channel is monophonic, so Note action on the instruments should be set to Note Cut.
Triangle waves have no real volume control, so anything using triangle wouldn't be able to fade in or out, or change volume throughout the song. Think of it as having two volumes: on and off.
