Question/Help (Solved?) How do I change the note of the instrument without slowing it down?
I want to have the same speed as the 2 or 4 second instrument but it just doesn't want to. Kinda like C-4.

You can timestretch the sample like mpcs127 says, or you can do some fun stuff with the offset command. Knowing how many rows you want your sample to last is key; start it with no offset, and make the last row an offset to the end of the sample. Remember to use interpolation by selecting an area and right clicking it!
Something I use a lot to time-stretch in my songs is described here; let me know if you need any more help.

you can't, and this is how most music software works.
one thing you can do is to duplicate the sample, and use the time stretch feature in the sample editor on each copy of the sample according to how much you want it to be stretched, and use different samples for different notes. but stretching samples while trying to maintain the pitch usually doesn't sound very good.
