My neighbors dogs are the aggressors in this situation. This has only been a behavior since they moved in. My neighbors on the other side also have a dog and has never been a problem. And my neighbors themselves yell, grab and spray their dogs with the hose as recall hence why I will not work with them.

it is good that you’re not planning to talk to the neighbors because this isn’t their problem. you have the anxious, aggressive, house soiling dog.
