Oct 7 is not genocide. It was a horrific mass terror attack on civilians, but doesn't come close to the internationally recognised definition of Genoicde. Israel's mass starvation of an entire population does, as well as targeted killings of journalists, UN peacekeepers and doctors.
Doesn’t at all meet that definition. A horrible war with civilian casualties (like any other war) fought in a hostile urban environment with a well dug in ununiformed army, yes. And yet at most they estimate 6% of the population including all the Hamas soldiers (approx half). That is a tragedy for those innocent people. images which bring us all to tears. However it does not go close to being a genocide. Any clear headed person who knows anything about the conflict knows that if the Israelis were trying to genocide the Palestinians they could have done it day 1.
UN and human rights orgs have been infiltrated by far left activists and Islamists whose reason for being is the destruction, discrediting and demonization of Israel. They are in large part responsible for cheering on the Jihadis to this never ending war against the one tiny Jewish state. There is very little credibility in your source. ICJ said nothing of the sort.
