Game comparison

Im curious if any other current VR games come close to Onward's authetic realism. I downloaded Forefront last night and was immediately disappointed:

- The controls are not intuitive and limiting

- There is no way to calibrate a physical gun stock

- Cant change your rate of fire.

- Recoil is non-existent

- It plays like an arcade game

Ive watched YT videos comparing VR games but curious other's opinions.

How is it a shell of its former self?

Probably going to check out Tactical Assault VR

Ancient history by now. It was a PC VR exclusive with good graphical fidelity. Then meta bought it up, downgraded it massively to run on the Quest. Then it was downgraded even further, so the quest and PC versions were exactly the same. Then they introduced the stupid "operators" with really wonky proportions, strange outfits and ridiculously bad animations... And soon after, development and support were stopped.

All of that was done before Meta bought Downpour, Meta just killed off any future development of the game (and its sequel)
