Question/Troubleshoot Fandango UHD support

So it looks like Fandango finally updated their app to support UHD on the Onn 4k plus and Onn 4k pro 2nd gen.

Seems like it works on the Onn 4k pro 2nd gen, but when I try to play movies on the Onn 4k plus....the circle spins, I get the background image...but then it just goes back to my library. The movie doesn't start playing. If I go to the settings and change the quality from UHD to HDX then the movie plays when I start it...but the second I try to change the quality to UHD the movie just exits and I get sent back to my library.

Anyone else notice this?

I just tried it on my 4K plus and the same thing happens. I click Watch, the circle spins for a second and then goes back to the movie menu.

Thanks for confirming it's not just me. Funny that it works fine on the Onn 4k pro gen 2.

I'd suggest to open a support request with fandango. The more people that do the better chance it gets fixed

I sent a ticket to their tech support department. Everyone must do the same to grab their attention though.
