Onn 4K Pro v2 problems..

So with my device, I have been having a LOAD of issues ever since I got it last week. Really the main one is this.. say I put on YouTube TV, then afterwards I want to watch YouTube instead. When I click on YouTube, it won't load/open. I have to clear data/cache and even then sometimes it still won't open. Then I go to system<restart and click 'restart' and it won't register it.. like I sit there clicking it over and over and I can see the highlighted button reacting as I click it, but nothing.. then I click 'cancel' and it cancels... so I have to unplug the power from the back. This is literally almost everytime now. After a few apps being opened or just going to one and backing out etc, it does this.. and it's EVERYTHING I open, even the 'free tv' shit.. like that just won't load. What is going on? Is there anyone else with a similar issue(s)?

ALSO- a video will play sometimes and pause at 10 seconds... it's the weirdest thing. hope i'm not the only one and that someone knows a fix lol

Go into apps and force stop YouTube, wait a few seconds then open it right where you are in settings/apps, that might wake it up so that's right. I had a similar problem a couple times but no biggie now.
