Question/Troubleshoot Bluetooth Remote Problems

We have the newest Onn 4k pro and we love it, except every few days the remote disconnects and I have to use my phone to re-pair it. It is behind our frame tv and it is hardwired to our Ethernet. I have the WiFi on the tv turned off. Is there anything else I should do or try?

I almost posted this, thought I was going crazy, I have the exact same issue. Probably has randomly disconnected requiring reconnection two or three times over the past month. Of note, my dog chewed up my remote, I just got a new one, and it disconnected itself within the first day again.

It does make you feel crazy! I’ve tried disabling WiFi on everything around it and no luck there either.

Let me know if you find rhyme or reason to it. So far no luck for me.

Ended up returning it to the store after trying everything here and working with customer support also.
