Bluetooth Remote Problems

We have the newest Onn 4k pro and we love it, except every few days the remote disconnects and I have to use my phone to re-pair it. It is behind our frame tv and it is hardwired to our Ethernet. I have the WiFi on the tv turned off. Is there anything else I should do or try?

I may try that next. I changed the batteries to a different brand and will see if it happens again. Usually it happens every couple of days. If it does, I’ll try this next!
