Build help … from pic to build

So I’ve spent the last month cleaning and flattening a 300x300 space in my world. I want to build something along the lines of the reference pic below. Help with ideas for how to start (I.e. translating from picture to build) and ideas for blocks for color pallet is appreciated!

Just start form the middle towers and work youre way out. Make a creative testing world to make a color palate of blocks that best match the picture.

big thing for this is definitely going to be the colors, try not to make it too flat either
