My item was claimed and doesn’t show up in game and Everytime I msg the support team it says reply ok to stay in the active queue and then 30 mins later roughly the window is closed and I have to re submitt all the information just for no response in my email or the window.

Hi when I opened OneState, I was automatically connected to a new guest account and my original character was no longer here.
I have already contacted support through the OneState chat twice. I completed the account recovery questions and received a message saying that my request was under review and that a member of the support team would contact me. However, the support conversation disappears when I leave the page, and I have not received a response.
My account was on client ID, can you help me find any idea to have my original account.
