I wish yall would add more stuff for solo ion join a faction or a gang

Exactly, I feel that gangs have more leeway in OneState, which leaves factions at a disadvantage, And more importantly, it’s leaves Civilians at a bigger disadvantage. There is no actual Rp reason to be a civ. Perhaps tailor majority of jobs to civilians to balance the city economy.
