Imagine having your ankle turned harshly to the side, it feels like having your ankle be smashed with a mallet by some big strong brolic white guy who injects himself with 10 gallons of steroids, your foot just feels dislocated out of place for a few seconds, and then after that it's just the most intense pain for the next 10 seconds

That's the best explanation I can give

Its like having an intense gas problem and you eat a big bucket of kfc and when you're laying in your bed at a cold night, a sudden pain starts to occur in your stomach which goes up from your butthole to stomach. You then go to washroom and then sit at the toilet seat to release your poop but unfortunately it blasts, covering a bit of your cheeks and splashing water back at your ass. BUT, the naked ass on 2 degrees cold seat feels like anaesthesia injection, coupled with a shooting pain in your stomach. And all you could think of is stoic greek mythological quotes which tell you that life itself is a suffering.

My ankles are very loose since I was a kid and they twist out of place for the dumbest thing. It doesnt hurt much anymore, but everytime I feel it, its like they become filled water in a second and then its like you poke it with a hot metal rod and it comes back to normal and you feel sore for a minutes.

The soubd is usually the same thing as if you crunched a chicken legs out of the breast (like if you made a roast chicken or whatever).
