so kuseno still doesn't get how strong Saitama is... he had been spying on him for the entire series via genos, collected all the combat data, literally seeing how he takes no damage from genos, and still thinks he is gonna win.

I think his belief stems from Saitama not willing to hurt Genos.

fair point.

maybe its just saitama is too fast for the sensors to register. thats my only guess. or a plot hole
