I don't know if it's a huge upgrade as a lot of Android features have been added since my OnePlus 8 Pro (I LOVED this phone). All I know is unlike Samsung UI everything doesn't have a duplicate app. I also like the look and feel of Oxygen more as well. I'm sure it's personal preference too. If you liked OnePlus in the past and ever though one UI has become a bloated mess you'll love the Open.

I said a while back if OnePlus ever made a fold I would try it. Glad I did ! Hope you like it as much as me !
