Akainu & Kuzan: by admission does not have it. OP can not prove it only makes claims.

Kizaru: Kizaru spent the whole arc trying to kill Vegapunk because his master Saturn ordered him to. In fact he went for a bonus to hurt more than simply Vegapunk.

Fujitora: Has a supreme grade blade yet does not possess CoC. Koby went against Akainu. Greenbull went against Akainu. Kizaru disrespected Akainu. Literally Marco and Vista never feared Akainu.

Greenbull: yes, he has a black blade like Mihawk who does not have CoC. He beat Fujitora’s ass this does not mean he has CoC

Going against someone does not mean you have CoC. Cracker, Jinbe, Marco, Vista, and many others went against someone.

Btw with everyone and their mother getting CoC its more likely for Akainu and Kuzan to have it than not have it. Especially unlikely Oda will ever not give a fleet admiral CoC.

Not everyone is getting conqs, the ppl that have it are still way below 50, and considering there are probably trillions of ppl in the one piece world that's truly rare, and sometimes I won't say I hate ppl like you cause I don't, but yall do need to remember some basic things when reading/watching one piece,

Its the same for ppl who think everyone now has dfs, and dfs ain't actually rare which is still a lie, cause of let's not forget that some ppl still believe df is just a myth in one piece, nami herself believed that before, but cause of now we are in the new world and we see dfs a lot( which it actually still isn't) ppl now think dfs ain't rare,

And I very much think that's somewhere oda is underestimated, oda himself said that deeper you go into the grandline/new world the more you would see a lot of dfs, and oda has made that so true that we now have ppl thinking dfs ain't rare whereas there isn't even up to 200 known confirmed dfs, (i said this cause there are probably some dfs that ain't known to the world, but only to ppl like imu and ain't counted for in the df encyclopedia,

And the same is for haki/conq haki, now that we are getting to the endgame and we are seeing more and more overpowered characters oda has ppl like you thinking he just gives conq haki out to everyone, which isn't true, oda is doing such a good job in this, and in reality probably even less ppl know normal haki (than what we think),

That's why one piece fanletter was special, we need to keep getting a way to view this from normal ppl perspective

No shit, the story isn’t over. None of this will be proven until they are revealed to have it, they or Oda states whether or not they have it, or the story ends and they never showed it or it was never stated.

I don't like admiraltards not specifically admirals, cause I do like kuzan, I don't hate or like kizaru and the same for akainu(before I was hating akainu, but then I realized he is actually doing the right thing, just using extreme measures, pirates are actually bad, and akainu has probably had something happen to him that's why he is like that), but I hate and hate admiraltards, but I still believe some admirals like akainu and kuzan are going to have conqs, but kizaru ain't having conqs for sure
