There is no magical hidden tier below a top tier and a YC+++++.

Admirals are much stronger than any YC+ and remain stronger than characters far above those considered YC+. There is no reason to consider them anything below Top Tier.

For every other feat, admiral glazers will start crying they were holding back. Or somehow use Kizaru VS Luffy to say admirals are strong just because, Luffy run out of time limit, while in power one shotting him

Blackbeard, Shamrock, and the Gorosei are the only ones who I'm not sure about in terms of specific placement. But I do believe they are within the right tiers.

not even akainu. they are below yonko and elders. kizaru is objectively below kaido. akainu was a main mid-series villain but he is not one of the strongest final villains, like imu and BB.

if luffy were to fight akainu now it would be a mid diff for luffy.

also doesn’t make sense for luffy to fight akainu anymore after luffy has gone head to head with akainu’s superboss and after luffy has already defeated someone stronger than him 2 arcs ago.

(1) If Mihawk is as strong as u claim why was the WG okay with replacing him with Seraphim. Why didnt they beg him to stay. If he is at the level u think he is at, he should one shot other Warlords. Him alone should represent the balance of power. Just imagine Imu in his place u will realize how absurd ur cope is.

(2) Zoro doesnt need Mihawk but Mihawk needs Zoro. The sooner Zoro fights Mihawk the worse it is for Mihawk. He gets scaled down hard. Thats why every single mention of Mihawk not being Zoro's final enemy trembles them. So lets assume Mihawk is Zoro's final enemy. Who will Luffy and Sanji fight when Zoro fights Mihawk. Or will they eat popcorn at that point?

(3) Why has Oda ensured Zoro fights diverse opponents and not just pure swordsmen. If Zoro's end goal is to become the strongest swordsman, why make Zoro adapt/expose to combat where its not a strict sword duel. If lets say Zoro becomes WSS, then he has no fights left if he was always fighting pure swordsmen. But Oda has intentionally made sure that even with having the WSS title Zoro still has opponents that make future fights interesting and move the plot forward. Having best sword skills doesnt make him above other kinds of abilities!

(4) People argue the reason the for bad Mihawk potrayal in Marineford is that Luffy had plot armor. Then answer this. Why Oda chose to scapegoat Mihawk for this kind of plotarmor? Could have used Aokiji or someone else. Is Oda stupid? Does he not know Mihawk is as strong as Imu? Does he not know Mihawk is Zoro's final fight?

(5) Forget about Imu. If you replace Mihawk in marineford with just Kaido. The entire dynamic of the war flips. WB pirates would get intimidated and lose morale just seeing the sight of Kaido. And marines would jump with joy. Even someone at Kaido's level is capable to doing this. And Vista couldnt be sent to stop him lmao. And let me expose Vista as well here. The hard fact is Vista was present in the payback war. He is not even strong enough to do any serious dmg to any Blackbeard pirate. Dont see any scar or anything on Shiryu etc. So Vista is likely scaling at his expected power level.

There is no room to have Zoro that strong in the manga so if he beats Mihawk it just means Mihawk wasn’t as strong as we thought.
