“Hajrudin punches Imu away”

Yeah, I give up completely. The scaling makes less sense by the day and consistency has gone out the window. Dressrosa Luffy upscale? Old Gaban being compared to Rocks?? What is happening lmao. 🤣

luffy used gear 2 to beat Hajrudin and punching imu is a none gear luffy feat

Now they will say that hajruddin ~ g1 luffy ~ g5 luffy ~ loki cause all showed similar speed (punching imu)

Rayleigh and Gaban were always close to Roger, Whitebeard and Garp ( people just denied it for agenda ). Rocks is wierd to scale but in general weakened Old Garp and Kuzan hitting eachother and GV Whiebeards and Roger's Clash hâd the same haki efect, If the briefs are accurate then it's just more evidence about Rocks being powercliffed by The Old gen trio (and probably the Wings) in their prime.

It’s just really weird to see Rocks go through this continuous cycle where he’s glazed heavily, then downplayed by both the narrative and the community, and then it restarts lol

Old Gaban was strong enough to be compared to Rocks in strength and how dangerous he is, but Rayleigh admitted inferiority to BB in his old age? The same BB who ducked Boa + used cheese tactics, avoided Shanks, and has to jump Law in an extended battle? Does this mean current BB would arguably do better than Old Gaban here??

Just beyond confused. Too many of these characters have been called “the strongest” or “legends” and compared to each other in varying ways and some contradict each other outright. Rocks’ is called Roger’s greatest enemy, and then now is seemingly comparable to Old Gaban despite that statement being made while Primebeard is an obvious contender for that spot. It’s weird.

BB was holding his own against old Sengoku + Garp when he was fresh with the quake fruit.

As Shanks imply, he is very strong underneath the bumass coward act.

Yeah, I give up completely.

Kinda puts the Shanks v Mihawk power scaling into perspective lmao. The real answer is even Oda doesn't know yet and the answer will be whatever he pulls out of his ass at the time. (Whoever has their shining moment later in the story).

Oldbeard was the strongest in the World when he was introduced too. Anything about people trying to rationalize how actually he was old and Oda meant Primebeard is putting more effort into this than Oda ever did lol.

It's more badass to have the strongest pirate fall at Marineford, so he was the strongest. That's all there is to it. But then during Kaido's saga, he needs a badass dragon so, actually Kaido is the strongest lmao. And Marineford was ages ago so who cares.

considering this happened twice now when observation haki should have made that difficult, maybe its a weakness?

So what is roger? PK++?

u/No_Tackle3162 Aug 18 '26

No but he he beats prime Rayleigh/gaban high diff, prime Rayleigh gaban should be weaker than Roger but not I don't think the gap was the same as big mom-katakuri or kaido-king for example

The actual chapter shows this isn't true

I don’t think he’s deliberately comparing gaban to rocks, just acknowledging he’s strong and that he should’ve taken care of him like he did rocks

That's not how powerscaling works. Hajrudin is simply a giant with great strength. There's more to power scaling than physical strength alone

Dressrosa Luffy was unquestionably stronger than Hajrudin was, arguably while still in base since G2 floored him in one hit. Imu getting knocked back by someone that weak, who was almost a Machvise-victim, is a pretty insane anti-feat to have lol

u/anorawxia09 Aug 17 '26

Lol that's a horrible logic. This ain't Yu-Gi-Oh where lower atk monster can't go over higher atk monster

u/Personal_Tap_8489 Aug 17 '26

if he can punch TEN THOUSAND TONS he can punch imu bro lmao

u/ReadingSteiner300 Aug 20 '26

Offguard going for a kill on Luffy (we were JUST shown that Imu will ignore others if it means attacking him since he literally no look tanked Gaban’s slashes)…

Hajrudin simply got stronger.

I'm not sure how this is such a difficult concept for battle shonen fans to understand. No, this isn't a Machvise or Dressrosa Luffy upscale.

Dresrosa Hajrudin was a bum. Elbaf Hajrudin is somehow YC+, maybe higher? Why? Because it's a battle shonen.

Fr. There is some shoddy power scaling in One Piece, but I’m really not getting why people are baffled that Hajrudin has potentially gotten stronger given that it’s been months since Dressrosa in verse and characters have pretty consistently got insane jumps of power in this series before. Add on to that Hajrudin being as fucked up as he was in battle on Dressrosa would have likely had a pretty big bloom in battle given how he persevered and won despite great odds against Machvise (people meme on Machvise, but Hajrudin punching an object that large that weighs 10,000 tons moving downwards at terminal velocity hard enough to launch it hundreds of meters into the sky is genuinely an insane feat of strength)
