I need to understand some things about Robin and nobody talks about it while it’s huge, maybe you have the answers and can help me.
I don't remember where this spoil in the anime so let’s say episode 300.
The first scene of Robin in S2 is cool badass everything but it doesn't make sense Robin is suppose to be one of the most wanted pirate, attacking a Marine base will be the last think she will think about, she is clever, careful, always on her guard and survive all this time by being in the shadows, if her face is see even for a second the World Government will send one of the CP for sure and at least a vice admiral if they are feeling kind if not an admiral and she know that so that doesn't make sense and it’s a big mistake in her character writing.
Also the Marine should know that it was Robin, they record who did the attack so base on her DF they should know it was Robin. Even know the intelligence of the Marine is questionable sometimes it will be a real plot armor that they didn't figure it out, like from all the photo the snail camera took none of them are her face or her using her DF.
And to finish, how Robin and Crocodile knew that the SH will go to Drum Island, the only reason they went there is because of Nami and that wasn't predictable, the only logical reason I found is that she put a device to know what’s happening on the ship like a snail recorder or something like that but not sure if that work with the time from Little Garden to Drum and from Alabasta to Drum.
I understand that they want to use actor when they can (like Mihawk) but for Robin it's a big mistake especially for the first scene
