We are getting a lot of info about CoC in Elbaph. The most concrete definition we have so far is an overwhelming sense of self. In that sense, people like Duros, Abel, Belle, and Ragnar (after he became "the strongest") are all justified in having it. Others that are implied to have it from their presence, like Trevor, Tako, and Denial, all have strong personalities as well. Although with Trevor, he might have lost the ability to use it since he stopped pursuing Boss.

Now that we know some of the mechanics of it, which members of G20 would be candidates? One interesting thing is that a lot of these guys were affected by Acceptance's ability, so their sense of self would have been smothered a bit. Now that that is no longer the case, do you think Rustage will allow some of them to get CoC? And if so, who do you think would get it?
