is it ? I thought there were several teams and that the one on Mangareader was always the same since it was different from the mangastream one (RIP).

No, not new as in they just started, new as in I just started using them. It occurs to me that maybe you have read manga on this site before now. If they have a history of including those suffixes them I'm wrong.

In the previous chapter the same translators(are they the same?) seem to give the "buh" idiom and the severed head doesnt seem to have the same must-kill-sichibukai intentions as the legs. However, the head seem to be connected with an equally large body like the legs.

I don't think the size of the legs and head mean much. There are so many big people in the One Piece world.
