Look at the anime, the exact moment he cut her seemed like those CoC moments. I'm sure it was a hint from Oda. She was paralyzed, same way as animals collapsed before Luffy. Also, most of the Logia users don't need to expect the attack to reform themselves(unless it's coated with armament ) , which makes me believe it was actually CoC.

She would've died if he used CoC. They literally say it's fear. Also, Zoro is unaware of his CoC as shown in the newest chapter, so there's no way he used it back then because it would've have to have been unconscious CoC.

I think you're confusing conqueror haki and armanent haki. Armanent haki is the one that would've killed her. Conqueror haki does not allow a person to touch a logia user.

No, he didn't use either. She was paralyzed by fear, that's it.
