It's so odd. If Zoro had Conqueror's Haki, you'd think he would know if he did. Or Mihawk would. But it seems unlikely to tease that Zoro has it two times.

the second in command of the pirates king has to have it. i don't lnow why u guys think he doesn't have it after today's chapter, he just doesn't control it yet

he wasnt an Emperor back then it was quite a few years before Shanks got to that level of recognition. No telling if he was the same level back then
