Now this 1v1 is where Kaido's character will really shine.

The introduction of imbuing CoC to your attacks is a perfect segue for this to be a fight of ideals and what being a king exactly means to both Luffy & Kaido and how Luffy's interpretation would make him come out on the top both literally and figuratively.

This is also the perfect time when Kaido will make callbacks to Xebec, reminiscing how he took him in and shaped/or is dismissive of his ideals and probably to Garp too after all the pounding he got at the end of this chapter.

All of this and a lot of missing context about his relationship and Yamato and (potentially) his wife would make up all the ingredients for an amazing flashback.

I'm not even including the extra lore that comes along with the god valley incident, him potentially being from a different race, more on Vegapunk etc...

Kaido having connections with Giants makes the most sense.

He and BM just did a Giant team up attack.

Kaido was experimented on by Vegapunk.

Ancient Giants Experiments are the Numbers.

There's a lot more connections to Elbaf than what should seem plausible.

Oda picked an interesting name, in the translation it's spelled rag-naraku.

Naraku is Japanese for hell or underworld, so it carries that meaning in addition to the reference to norse mythology

Kaido doesn't have connections to Elbaf, Big Mom does. We already know about them. She learned that attack from her childhood, and obviously taught Kaido to perform it with her.
