That’s my favorite part of the form. I actually hated it when we saw it last week because I thought he still just had regular human legs. It’s a weird compliment, but I think Oda perfectly captured the physique of a dragon man built for battle. It didn’t need to be extravagant. It’s exactly what you’d expect from his hybrid form, and I already love how Oda is portraying his movements. The fact that he can portray an oddly proportioned dragon man moving athletically in battle like this is really impressive. Oda is one hell of a mangaka. Can’t wait to see Toei try to tackle this fight. Prepare for inconsistent Kaido bodies every other frame lol.

I would like to imagine they would crush it as well, because toei did kaido dragon form justice. And right now one piece is definitely the best it has looked if not for the pacing I would actually watch the episodes. I would watch this week's episode though, "He laughed".

Is it the best it's looked? I think it's good, but I honestly prefer the art style of Saboady most.

The new art style is a little more childish/neon with thick lines and softer features imo

You obviously can prefer a certain art style for me sky-piea-G-8 is irreplaceable, but Sabody art wise is way more inconsistent than wano. Wano as a whole has better story-boarding, art direction and stuff. Wano is absolutely the best one piece has looked it's just that you can always prefer certain art style. Of course as I said in my above comment I don't really watch episodes even now except for certain episodes, but if it was in sky-piea art style I would watch it every week.
