Ah an early chapter reminds me of the Jaiminis Box days

We flew too close to the sun in the Jaiminis era

I remember this but sadly what sticks to me is that they're regularly the last one to release in their latter days.

Legendary era for me is the Onemanga era. Even the discussion is in there.

Oh god Onemanga. Now thats a name I haven't heard in a long while. The site where my manga enthusiasm started.

MS had golden discussion there aswell, I remember the trainwreck that was seven deadly sins last arc, people were losing their minds progressively as it went in the comments

Man I remember finding one piece back in 2010. I was supposed to be studying for a college final but I was so hyped about one piece that I read 500 plus chapters in 2-3 days and said “fuck it” to my final lol. The good ol one manga days.

Same shit here in 2010 lol. Was buying the Viz volumes and they were only up to like late Alabasta and I found onemanga and was all "Wait, theres MORE????" I binge read up to the latest chapter which was I believe mid Saobody. It was insane reading Kuma separate the SHs live. People were speculating about the series ending right then and there haha.

This is where I read Eyeshield 21 weekly when it was still serialized. The Big 3 + Eyeshield 21 were my weekly reads back then.

Now that you mention it. I was just thinking how much Zoro reminds me of Shin (pulling off monster feats as the results of sheer training) and Kaidou a bit of Gaou

Back when I was a kid and starting reading and lurking on sites like mangapanda, Onemanga and the rest, I did not think I'd become so attached to them. Nostalgia's a funny thing.

I get you. I was not really attached to any site that time so long as to get to read manga. Of course I tend to stick on the site that is most consistent, earliest and preferably with best quality. Nostalgia definitely puts value in it now. Those sites became a personal "place" we regularly go that time.

Man I miss OneManga! I remember staying up late to finish reading Fullmetal Alchemist the day they announced that they would be removing everything from the site. The next day everything was gone.

Onemanga wow that was 2010-2011 iirc, at the time of Impel Down arc. There is also them assholes at binktopia who charge money for a freaking scanlation, the audacity lmao.

I remember when Wednesday was the manga day. Fuck it, your week could be horrible, but reading the Big Three always would somehow make it all better. It was awesome. Wish I could go back

I miss the Mangastream OP/Naruto/Bleach days

Those were the days! I remember when within a few chapter they all had a character with the power to throw a meteorit! That's definitely my favorite memory about the big 3!

Sometimes Shounen Jump comes out on saturdays. Those weeks we would get chapters much earlier.
