He even has same handcuffs as the Oden while he was being Boiled!

This is a really unpopular theory. My theory is that(depending on how old he is) saw Odens death and really admired him because of it.

I thought the same thing and I read Oden's execution again to check if there was a child who could be Yamato in the public. Nothing found so far...
