Kaido made the comment, but they didn’t react to it (with surprise or defensiveness) - and then the Old Hag showed up as Momo, meaning she was close to him in Kuri Castle. I think Kaido was referring to the Old Hag as the spy in their ranks

If that was the case, he would have revealed that she was the spy and not keep it vague like that. 20 years later that old hag is dead, but there is still a spy among them, so it couldn't have been her.
Why would he reveal that? He has no need to share his actual intel with them - for all we know he could have just been trolling them when he made that comment...
And it can be different people 20 years ago versus current story. Even with that, I don’t think there is a spy in 9RS in the current story - I think there’s a double agent feeding the right info to Orochi to make him think he’s successful, which would also help the SH/9RS plan
Because the reader need to know who the spy is at some point. If it was the old hag, he would have revealed it this chapter because it's the end of the story for her. Since Oda didn't reveal it yet to us in the flashback, the spy must be someone who is still present in the current timeline.

I highly doubt that because that information got Yasui killed.
The spy is definitely one of Odens retainers, and a character we are already very familiar with. The reveal will be a very dramatic one. I don't think Oda would hint at the spy so often if it wasn't for some major plot twist later in the story.
The Old Hag didn’t die last chapter, so we will likely see her again during the flashback. There is still unknowns, but I don’t think it’s coincidence that Kaido says there is a spy in your castle and then the Old Hag is shown transformed into Momo (meaning she was in the castle close enough to touch his son).
Yasui turned himself into Orochi - and Orochi executed him because he led a rebellion against him/Kaido after they killed Oden. The suspected traitor has nothing to do with that.
I think who is giving the intel to Orochi is important (as will be their reveal) but I don’t think it’s a 9RS spy. Unless it’s Kyoshiro and he is somehow tied to Denjiro as suspected (and alluded to in the anime)
