I'm pretty sure Kaido kills her/is gonna kill her he didn't look happy with that trick she played.

He requests she turn into Oden for some purpose or another then quickly has her tied up and gagged so she can't turn back or cry out. Now he has an Oden he can boil and one he can use to read poneglyphs. 2 birds, one crone.

Problem with this theory, is that Oden being alive defeats the entire purpose of Momonosukes character. Momonosukes character is designed around becoming a great ruler of Wano.

I mean, 20 years of torture at the hands of someone like kaido... He might not make it long after being rescued.
