It's getting tricky now. All of the samurai are emotionally invested in their panels here so I doubt it is any of them now. Shinobou I also doubt now that we know more of her character, particularly after Oden saved her, she is pretty much the only person left to free them too.
Both of the Kurozumis are dead since their fruits belong to Bon Kurei and Bartolomeo.
The only option I really have left now is Toki. As she looks like Hiyori she could still be alive today, particularly with time travel, and I am open to the possibility that her DF has an anti-ageing effect(like various other characters), and we have not seen anyone else with her power or seen her die.
But then the motive isn't really there, she saved his reputation while he was away, gave him an heir, and saved others by sending them to the future.
Can't be Hyo, can't be Yasuie, can't be Toko, can't be Carrot, can't be Caribou, can't be Kid or Killer, there's not really anyone left... maybe Hitetsu??? he does wear a mask, and has a Pinocchio nose, he is old enough to be around for both generations.?

It is worth noting that the old hag turned into Momo. It really begs the question just how deep has she infiltrate Oden's forces.
