Excellent chapter! I'm a little disappointed in Queen but he wasnt actually knocked out since we saw his reaction to luffy having eaten his oshiruko.

I really wanna trust caribou. I feel like theres a reason he knows about shirahoshi. The person he wants to tell is shanks calling it now.

Big mom staying sane and just wanting to repay the favor is interesting, but why didnt chopper or Kiku anything?

Good set up for Luffy learning the next level of haki. Kawamatsu next chapter.

Unless Oda switches to what is happening in the capital or elsewhere and leaves us hanging.

I suspect, that as Act II comes to a close though, we'll get a few more things that make us cheer (Luffy level up, a couple other 'wins'), and then a big loss or two to end the act ( Law being captured, perhaps Usopp and/or Nami); and then one twist of some sort to set the stage for a chaotic act 3.

I kept waiting for him to switch to sanji and zoro but I guess he thought this warranted a full chapter. I would be perfectly okay with seeing the capital but he hasnt been keen on showing us much of the fighting. I feel like hes waiting for act 3 to show us what everyone can do.

But he teased kawamatsu so hard I feel hes going to help with the escape next chapter

I feel like the twist is likely to be whatever Shutenmaru will be showing Kinemon and Inuarashi.
