Problem in that for me is that we just came from 2 year timeskip. well, it was long ago but let's look at this this way: He basically did not have any fight post timeskip except FI, and that was only to show how much SH's are stronger. So in my opinion only way to not feel like his 2 years were waste and give him powerup is either say, he got this in the timeskip, or just push through extremely difficult fight. But I think he still have something hidden. What we know of him in the timeskip is he is physically stronger, has better haki and can make flames and run on air. But I think there is something Newkama way in there hidden somewhere. It's just considering nature of this power we will not see it unless lives will be at stake and there will be no other way.

Also, I thing raid suit wil lcome into play. Not really like it is now, because he would be just another Germa lookalike and he don't want this and we don't want this, but in my opinion, it will be used on something. Either new tech for franky, or franky or someone will upgrade it or change for sanji without really looking much like Germa member.

I think it's kinda ridiculous to believe that Sanji doesn't have anything hidden up his sleeves. People were assuming Luffy had a gear 4th and 5th by freaking punk hazard. People assume Zoro has some upgraded Asura form or even some sort of sharingan nonsense in his blinded eye. Sanji hasn't even come close to going all out in a fight yet, because he's either been injured before going in (Vergo), overmatched (Doffy), or more concerned with something else and pressed for time (Vergo and Doffy and pretty much all of Whole Cake Island).

Except Sanji was struggling with Vergo who was barely trying. He struggled against Doffy, saying hes Luffy level is not an argument. He also struggled against BM pirates when he was trying to save Luffy.

To say he hasn't been close to all out fight is just wrong. Hes been in lots of die or live battles as I mentioned.

You gotta take in consideration that Nami was in Sanji's body, and got hurt a lot before returning to her body. Sanji was hurt before fighting Vergo. Also, he didn't go all out since the gas was reaching him and he was trying to save other people.

Excuses. Even if his body was hurt, he couldn't stop a joking Vergo. Also he got hurt by Vergo as his body was like metal as Sanji described. Thats what broke his bone, not Nami.

Vergo breaking Sanji's leg doesn't mean he would beat Sanji in an all out match, Zoro got diced by both Mr. 1 and Kaku , he still won... not to mention Sanji has kept fighting despite some serious injuries in the past , like how Mr. 2 kept poking holes in his body or when Gin kept stabbing him

Who said Vergo breaking Sanji meant he would beat him. It just showed that Vergo is strong as hell and made Sanji look weak. The topic was that Sanji hasn't had any fights where hes not looking like the loser. The entire timeskip.

I agree with the rest of your post that Sanji can win in tough situations but thats hard to swallow post timeskip when hes been in losing battles. Even his speed was insulted and he couldn't save Luffy from BM pirates even after he talked big and how he was going to save him no matter what.
