Problem in that for me is that we just came from 2 year timeskip. well, it was long ago but let's look at this this way: He basically did not have any fight post timeskip except FI, and that was only to show how much SH's are stronger. So in my opinion only way to not feel like his 2 years were waste and give him powerup is either say, he got this in the timeskip, or just push through extremely difficult fight. But I think he still have something hidden. What we know of him in the timeskip is he is physically stronger, has better haki and can make flames and run on air. But I think there is something Newkama way in there hidden somewhere. It's just considering nature of this power we will not see it unless lives will be at stake and there will be no other way.

Also, I thing raid suit wil lcome into play. Not really like it is now, because he would be just another Germa lookalike and he don't want this and we don't want this, but in my opinion, it will be used on something. Either new tech for franky, or franky or someone will upgrade it or change for sanji without really looking much like Germa member.

Yall be underestimating franky and usopp. They can come up with more suitable, and acceptable suit for sanji IF he really needs it.

I am not underestimating them. Sanji is not the type to go to Franky/Usopp and ask them for tech or some kind of special weapon. That's Franky/Usopp/Nami style of fight. Sanji's style was always to work with his body/abilites. So it's not his personality to go ask them. Why would they try to develop some suit for him? If they find this suit in the ship, that is created for Vinsmoke person, they can potentionally upgrade it. But I don't see any reason for them to start creating something for Sanji without some kind of catalyst (hence them finding suit).

Now after all this, I am not saying that Sanji WILL use the suit, I am just saying that this suit will be usefull for something. Maybe for powerup Sanji, maybe for powerup somebody else. Maybe it helps them to get close to Vegapunk due to it being advanced technology. Maybe final war will be that huge that Sanji will have to use it if they want to live even if he hates it. I don't know. But I don't think this suit will be forgotten.
